Are you all having any and if so could I get the details please?

We are having a Lorwyn release event, even if it doesn't become DCI. The event will be as followed.
EVENT OCT 13th 07, Saturday

First 8 players that show up starting from the time we open the store at noon, on Saturday the 13th, will get into a free entry draft with one box set aside for that tournament. 24 packs for players and 4 packs for first place, and 2 packs for second place, and 1 pack for 3rd place. and 1 pack rewarded randomly to players that lost after round 1.

after the free draft ends we are going to be running a sealed tournament. $20.00 entry, you get 2 boosters and a tournament pack to play. 1 pack per person reward.

Then we are going to run first paying draft as a $21.00 dollar buy in, reward is top 4, 4 pack reward per person that shows up.

Then after this draft we will be running a $15.00 draft, 2 pack reward per person top 4. We will be doing draft after draft till we close. If there is a tournament running around 2 am, we will remain open till tournament finishes.

Correction on free draft tournament

$21 Drafts seem a bit expensive, can you elaborate why the high price tag?

$21 dollar draft is so high because, you are getting three packs to play and 4 packs per person reward.

Ex:

20 people show up (more then likely to happen) everyone pays in, the prize would be 4 x 20 = 80 pack total prize. 1st place 28 packs, 2nd place 20 packs, 3rd place 16 packs, 4th place 16 packs.

What time will this be going in till? I have to go to a stinkin baby shower with my wife... I've been playing LOR sealed on the modo beta like crazy and it's a great great great set. Lot of fun creature interaction just like the good ole magic days. The planeswalkers are super fun also.
